My 9900 does not appear on the phone list. It shows that it is transmitting and the settings are ok. How do I go about it?

Hello again. My 9900 cannot be tracked again. This time its something to do with the server and apn. I have left out the apn and it workef fine but now it wants it. It doest work after putting the apn and continue to say I shoud put apn, please help.

Open the app setting and clear the apn. Save the change. Then on the main app screen, press the bb menu button and select "test connection". This will search for the connection path to the server.
If this does not work, go back to the app setting and check "Use BIS". Save the change and perform another "test connection".
