I would like to update the settings on a phone that is travelling. Do I have to change the tracking frequency on the phone itself or can I do it online on my account?

Update: Ok, I see free trial of remote service does not work with the free version of the app. A bit strange considering it can used with the trial version of the app.

If you have downloaded the free app to your iOS device, you can request a trial license. Go to your account page and click the buy button. On the buy page, you can request a trial. If you are using the android or windows app, the free app download already include this 15-day trial and you don''t need to manually request it.
But I have upgraded your free app to trial app good for 15 days. Now you can use the trial of remote control service.

There are 2 ways to adjust the track interval.
1. Open the app settings of the target device and change the track interval.
2. You can change it with the remote control service. On the map page in the full web site, select the device and click "remote control" button.
