Battery is something im thinking about when im out. How much does it minimally to maximally drain the battery under normal use? If i have many tracked individuals, does it mean it would also drain more?

For android phone, the default track interval is set to 5 minutes. Under this setting, the app does not drain much battery. But it will drain more if you set the track interval to a smaller value.
Battery consumption does not have anything to do with how many devices you are tracking. The app does not interact with other tracked devices. It only uploads data to the central server.

You will not see any noticeable battery usage on the individual devices unless you are using "real time tracking" which will have more of a draw until you stop that feature on the respective device. The battery usage will be on the individualize devices only and nothing else.
Edit: Sorry Admin.. I was composing as you were posting...
