Vehicle tracking seems to have got worse with recent updates. Done all the recommended things like ensuring battery optimization is off and google services are enabled. Latest version installed on all the phones. When I review the vehicle tracking, locations are not at 2 minute intervals and there are no speeds being recorded, so it looks as if positions are only obtained when the vehicle is moving very slowly or stationary. I have the same problem with 4 vehicles. Very frustrating as this was working flawlessly upto a few weeks ago.

The full-time vehicle tracking device setting has a special requirement. This setting is for placing the phone in the car at all time with the car charger connected. If you carry this phone with you, you should disabled this setting in the app settings. Otherwise, the app can only track when the phone is charged. For what is a vehicle tracking device setting, see this faq http://www.followmee.com/FAQ.aspx?t=vtd

I reviewed the logs and found out that gps timestamps from your Samsung phone and Hisense phone all have invalid dates. Therefore the app did not use these gps location, and instead, recording the less accurate cellular location (which contains the correct timestamp). You can reboot the phones to see if it can fix the problem. We will also release new version within 1-2 weeks to fix this problem.
