I really only use this app once or twice a year when my child goes away somewhere in case the phone is lost or anything else. He of course got a new phone. I have transferred the license to the new phone but I can''''t transfer the remote control. I don''''t remember if that was possible or not.
If it can be done I need the remote control moved from 117770714 to 12159003.

I have been using this app for at least 6 years.

I thought I did but it must have been on one of the other apps you used to have. (the green or blue icons). so I left another one. :D

Hi again. I''m so sorry, my son went and uninstalled the app and I made him put it back again but it made it a new account? He installed it the same day he took it out too. I thought that was weird and now Remote control isn''t attached to it.
Would you be able to transfer the remote control again from 12159003 to 12162584 ? If you can''t I''ll understand. Thank you.
