Have there been recent changes made? The map was updating every 8 minutes or so and now it''''''''s very random, from 20-30 minutes up to an hour, even when the phone is stopped at multiple locations. It is still tracking, but VERY slow to update locations. It''s now going on 4 hours.

Your problem might be caused by the change of cell tower location in the new area. Set the power saving mode to low in the app setting might fix your problem.

We''ll try that. The phone hasn''t gone into any new areas, just not updating the locations for quite some time. There was a password change and the phone was turned off and back on, but nothing else on our end. Thanks for the response.

Remember if you change the password on the followmee web page you need to re login with the new password from the device that is running followmee. Otherwise they will be out of sync.

admin clarified that it is no need to update all tracked phone after a new password had been made. am i right admin? is it still the same?

Thanks, mteicher. As soon as the password was changed, we logged into the device with the new password. I don''t think it''s a password issue as it was slow to update prior to making the change.
