Hello,

If you used a different username and password between the phones you will need to login using those usernames.

Make sure that the gps tracker app is running in your iPhone. If you have the device, you can look into the gps tracker app to see if any error message. Use the following page "How to trouble shoot the tracker app" for guideline

I have two devices which are sitting together but the map location shows one located say 30 meters to the west, always at flat 2 of a nearby block (never at any other number!) and the other device is shown located 200 meters to the east in a street I wish I could afford, again at a particular street number. How does this happen? Ideally they should both be indicated as at the same place, closer to my home where they both are at the moment? Otherwise works well.

The GPS location can be very inaccurate when the device is in-door. You will not have this problem when the device is out-door. You can turn on wifi and this will improve your accuracy.
