mine has stopped tracking, tried everything stopped it and restarted it, checked everything but still dosnt track, i checked it again this morning everything ok, then went to check on the comp now and its still showing it as being in the same place from a month ago

Hello,
Have you looked in the settings to see if you can do "forced update"? If you have and if you enabled it you also need to stop and start the app.
Also once you stop the app and start it again there should be some information displayed. Some of that information should indicate if there was an issue or not.

tried everything it works initially but after half hour nothing , so the only thing I get is when I turned it off and turned it back on again

Have you looked at:

It see since 2014 you have had issues with the windows phone and even mentioned you were going to get an android phone. But this topic is in windows phone forum so I assume you still have that phone and still have some issues you were not able to resolve on your own.
If you are still unable to resolve your issue the bottom of that page states:
If you still need help, you can send the log file to us and we can investigate for you. To send the log file, open the app and click the About button and select "Email to Supports". Very important that you describe your problem and include a return email address when sending the log. For Windows Phone user, click the About button and select "Send Log File to Supports". Then send a separate email to Supports to describe your problem.
