I have five children and the two minor children are a bit on the wild side and like to sneak off and do their own thing. After finding out my daughter had taken my truck and drove it several hundred miles to parties (she does not have a drivers license yet) I tried the GPS service from AT&T to track her. It was a miserable failure (worked great for 2 days, then didn''''t work period). So I found this app and installed it. It works great! I set up a geofence that sends me a text message when she enters and leaves the immediate area around our property. While she still CAN turn the location service off on the phone even that is an indication. The best solution to all this is for her simply to NOT act this way, but at least now I have a way of knowing where she is if she does do it.
