i removed a device i was tracking and replaced it with my own by default. i want to add the device again. it still has the app downloaded on it. how do i do that?

Did you remove your device on your account page of this web site? If you still have the FollowMee app installed on this device, open the app and press the stop button. Wait 5 seconds, then press the start button. This action will add your device back to your account.
