We''ve been getting this tracker error recently... how is this determined and how can it be corrected? I am guessing that this is a setting on the iPhone that the user can toggle on/off?

It cane be turned on or off in settings - Privacy. You should see Motion & Fitness. Or you can enable it within followmee settings. But it depends upon what version of IOS you are using.

What IOS version are you using?

You can also search the internet on how to enable this on the version of IOS you are using as this feature is not unique to followmee.

The easiest way to enable this is within the iphone settings and select followmee and enable Motion & Fitness.

No. YOu cannot upload a picture to this forums. This is all text based. If you have a screen shot to share, you can save it to a public folder of your dropbox, and include the url in this post.

I really need somebody to like, take a look at this account and explain to me what is going on. Is there an email I can send things to? So many errors and it''s impossible for me to know what is deliberate interference on the part of the user and what is some sort of technical issue.

Have you read and followed my previous repy?

The easiest way to enable this is within the iphone settings and select followmee and enable Motion & Fitness.

This assumes you are on ios 11 and the latest followmee version.

You keep asking the question yet never indicate you follow any of the suggestions.

Like what mteicher said, you need to enable motion & fitness. For the other connection error, you can ignore them. The phone occasionally has connection problem but it will retry later on.

I am using iPhone 5s as GPS tracker. iOS version 11.3. I am having enabled "Motion & Fitness" but application still says that "Motion and Fittness" is disabled. I tried to reenable it many times, I´ve restarted the phone but with any success.

Have you looked at ios settings and select followmee to see what followmee has allowed access to. On mine I see Motion and Fitness with it enabled. Also look at settings, privacy, motion and fitness and you should see followmee with access allowed.

The iPhone 5s has the motion chip and you can enable/disable fitness & motion on this device. Follow mteicher''s steps.

Thank you for your reply but as I said before. I have got "motion & ftness" enabled successfully at iOS level. Problem is that Followme application don''''t think so. It is enabled in both iOs settings (oer app and also per privacy). I am not newbie (i am developer) so there is not problem with setting but in app which ignores M&F enablement and still says that it is disabled. I am using same app on ma iPhoneX where this error is not shown. I thing this is a bug in app related to iPhone 5s

My child has iphone 5s 11.3 ios installed and motion and fitness are enabled and followmee runs just fine. So I can say its not the app as you suggest.

Have you looked at the phone settings, followmee, and see M&F enabled with green slider?
