What should I do if the map page does not show up-to-date location?

  • Do you see any critical error on the map? There is critical error from the FollowMee mobile app if you see error next to the device name. You should fix this error.
  • Is the app in stopped state? If the pin is grey colored, the app has been stopped. You need to open the app and press the start button. Or use the remote control service to restart the app.
  • You can perform an on-demand location update on the map page if you want to force an update.
If the above does not help, you need to do more troubleshooting.
